- All bolts of hinges and closures are made of stainless-steel type 1.4571. Hinges are equipped with grease nipples M10x1 acc. to DIN 3404.
- Painting follows the Corrosion protection of steel structures by protective paints systems ISO12944.
The maritime training door is supplied on an integrated steel pallet, which also functions as a self-supporting door stand. The system can be assembled and disassembled within approximately 15 minutes.
The unique pallet design allows up to five doors to be stacked vertically, optimizing transportation and logistical handling.
An optional “click-on” wheeled mobility kit with steerable casters is available, enabling efficient transport and positioning, including installation on existing vessels.
