NJORD OF THE SEA - Maritime breaching system

World-Unique Maritime Training Concept

The Maritime Training Door supports multiple breaching methods, allowing operators to train across a full operational spectrum:

- Explosive breaching with pushing charges

- Explosive breaching with cutting charges

- Hydraulic breaching

- Thermal cutting

- Rotary cutting tools

- Ship door glass breaching

The door features a replaceable locking pin system that functions like a standard ship door. If the locking pins are destroyed during training, they can quickly be replaced, enabling continuous and cost-efficient training.

Designed to replicate a marine vessel door, the system provides realistic training for operations on ships and maritime structures. The door body is tightened against the frame when locked, creating the same resistance and behavior as a real operational door.

Just like a certified watertight ship door, the training door can be opened, closed, and secured using a five-point locking system, providing authentic handling and operational realism.

The system includes the same rubber sealing and pressure characteristics as standard watertight ship doors. The sealing withstands repeated use, including explosive breaching, and the overall construction follows European standards for watertight certified ship doors.

A front training port allows operators to practice with thermal and mechanical cutting equipment. Steel plates and ship door windows can be replaced within minutes, ensuring minimal downtime between operators.
